Mittens, mittens, more mittens!

All from a vintage Patons knitting book.

Worsted weight yarn, 28 stitches, 4/4.5mm needles. Multi-coloured ones made a little bit big, then used Tech Knitting’s method of lining with polar fleece (scroll down to the comments for how to handle slightly offset side thumbs).

I then made some sewn ones from here using the leftover PowerShield from their coats. They are drier than the knit ones, but not as warm.

Next (maybe next year? Depends on whether we get really cold again!) I’d like to do these lined ones with PUL outer layer. Found some PUL on sale!
